• Supervise and monitor the performance of the direct sales team within UAE.
• Starting new business opportunities and getting new business leads
• Develop and extend the dealers distribution network across GCC.
• Create new CE. Hyper sales channels across GCC
• Achieve New Sales & Renewal targets through Dealer network.
• Forecast stock requirement across the territory, supply the stock on time to ensure product availability across the territory.
• Ensure that the dealers maintain adequate funds in their B2B account at all times. Provide dealers with renewal list and ensure the dealers call the customers to renew.
• Ensure dealers updated with channel content, pricing and other business rules.
• Forecast POS material requirement dealer wise in the territory and coordinate with marketing team to ensure timely delivery of these POS materials to the market.
• Identify branding opportunities at dealer outlets to increase product visibility.
• Identify opportunities to sell through non-traditional market like CE-Hyper, Corporate companies etc.
• Provide regular feedback on market dynamics, competitor activity and other information useful for the management
• Reporting to the CSO. The sales actions and activities.
